Michelle began her career as a receptionist at Haby and Hernandez before moving to The Law Office of Jennifer Warren Silva, where she advanced from receptionist to legal assistant/paralegal. There, she gained experience in criminal, immigration, family law, and personal injury. Following a merger with Shannon Locke, she continued as office manager/case manager at The Locke Law Group. She later served as office manager and senior pre-litigation paralegal with Cutter & Associates, where she focused on criminal and family law matters and assisted in multiple jury selections and trials.

At The Castro Law Office, Michelle continues to contribute her skills to both jury selections and trials in criminal cases, as well as family law hearings. Her experience across multiple firms has made her highly versatile and knowledgeable in managing complex legal cases from intake through trial preparation.

A proud graduate of Sidney Lanier High School (2002), Michelle has deep roots in the San Antonio community.
